The estate
Tasting & Tours
Only the best berries are selected for the production of red wine, then they are placed in traditional French oak vats for a short period of fermentation. After fermentation is complete, the wine is drained from the vats.

Weddings & Private Events
The grape skins and pips are then removed by hand and pressed. The resulting wine after pressing is blended with the previous wine and aged in barrels for about 12 months.
